Cut From the Same Cloth
Boadle Hall, Incinerator Gallery, 2019/2020
Drawing inspiration from the family textile collection and photographic archive, interviews with my mother and grandmother, and my treasured collection of rabbit ornaments this show explored and expand on sewing-skills taught within the domestic sphere. Included were new embroideries, digitally printed satin banners, quilts and soft sclupture by myself, and a selection of textile works and ephemera from the family archive.
